EOV Monitor & Field Support

Emily House

Growing up in the hinterland of the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia, Emily learnt a deep appreciation for the land from an early age. This led to her completing an honours degree in Earth Science from La Trobe University in Melbourne, where she then worked for 8 years as a geologist for the Victorian Government.

A Kiwi husband and a couple of children later, Emily and her family moved to Christchurch, NZ. Initially supporting and then co-running a small farm consultancy with big goals, Emily spent the next 10 years championing a holistic approach to farm management for the benefit of stock, people and the environment.

Emily has worked with Beef, Sheep and Dairy farmers throughout NZ to achieve optimal animal health and performance outcomes by helping farmers better understand the link between soil, pasture and animal health.
As an EOV monitor for Ata Regenerative, Emily is excited by the opportunity to support farmers in their journey to build healthy, resilient farms that nurture the environment and its people. Emily is passionate about advancing farmer and livestock well-being in New Zealand.
